We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your gear, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all instruments and accessories are returned in their original packaging and in brand-new condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, then secure it in a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
